Technology Help

In case if your child encounters any technology issues, there are two ways to receive technical support: 1) Enter a Technology Help Ticket or 2) Call the Help Desk.

  1. Technology Help Tickethttp://servicemanager.leanderisd.org(opens in a new window)
    Your child will then receive an email that the help ticket has been submitted.  If the laptop or charger needs to be exchanged, then your child will receive another email with an appointment date and time for the exchange. If you would like a phone call, then please leave a phone number in the field labeled “Alternate contact method”.
  2. How do I contact the Leander ISD Help Desk?  Call: 512-570-0566 between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. M-F
    Because we anticipate a large volume of calls using a limited support staff, please use this option for immediate needs only. Thank you for your patience as we anticipate a high volume of calls. Wait times may be longer than normal.  If you would like a phone call, then please give them a phone number.
