Please click on link below for an LISD Physical Form. All students participating in Athletics, Cheer or Dance are required to submit a physical at the beginning of the school year.
Voluntary transfers will be permitted to transfer to other open middle school campuses within the district on a space and staffing available basis. All requests to transfer/remain as a transfer must be submitted by the priority deadline date (April 6) each year in order to be considered.
Did you know that Wiley recycles? Our green and yellow paper bin is behind our cafeteria, on the bus lane side of the school. Please feel free to bring your newspapers, magazines, any paper that you are ready to recycle and help our Wiley MS in the process.
